This document is our contract with you; from here on, both sides know exactly what happens, when, and who does it.

Meticulous preparation
2–10 weeks, depending on the routeThis is where our obsessiveness works for you: certified translations, attestations, forms, motivation letters and financial proof — reviewed, then re-reviewed, by your case manager.

Submission & beyond
From filing to arrival dayThe case is filed, we follow up, and you prepare for the interview — if one is needed — with realistic practice sessions. On arrival day, our Vienna team is waiting for you.
